and Return Policy
We are confident that our software will work for you. We back all of our physically delivered products with a money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, CMH Software will gladly refund you the purchase price (excluding shipping/handling) within 30 days of purchase.
For our downloadable software we will refund your purchase price less a 20% merchant handling fee within 30 days of download. This fee offsets the third party merchant costs related to your credit card charges and credit transactions. You must also fill out and return this downloadable software refund form. If you purchased a backup cd with your download we will require that it be returned to us prior to issuing a refund.

Before You Return Your Software...
There are millions of different configurations of computers on the market and we do our best to keep up with them. If you have problems running the software or you don't see a feature you need, the answer may be a simple e-mail or phone call away.
