Subject: OLE Automation Error 2147483640 when starting The Constructor 2.0

Products: The Constructor 2.0 (Beta Versions)(Full Version)

Date: June 26, 1998

It has come to our attention that a system with a corrupt, missing, or empty, [Intl] section in their WIN.INI file or registry will cause Time and Place to generate OLE Automation Error -2147483640. Repair the WIN.INI file or registry by selecting United States in the Regional Setting on the Control Panel. Click on Apply, then restart the computer. Try the program again.
