The latest 2001 version is 4.2. This patch corrects a bug in the insert/delete rung section. You may download it with the download wizard in the Constructor program or you may download it from here:
cii402up.exe
If you download the patch from here, place the file in the same directory the Constructor is installed in, before you "Run" the file.
