Q: Can I export my diagrams and drawings and if so, which file formats do you support for export.
ANSWER: Yes, you can export as a DFX, DWG, JPG, BMP, PNG, EMF, GIF, TGA or TIF
Q: Do you have a demo or trial version available?
ANSWER: Yes, there is a 10 day trial version available for download in our download section. The trial version has some limitations built into it. We also have a multimedia presentation you can download to see many of the features available in the program.
Q: Is there a guarantee with this software?
ANSWER: Yes, as with all of our software there is a 30 Day money back guarantee. Not including shipping costs.
Q: What are the system requirements for this program?

The following system requirements are recommended/required for effective use of the RWP software:
- Intel® Pentium® II or later processor or compatible, 500 MHz or higher. We recommend a processor speed of over 1 GHz.
- Microsoft® Windows® XP (Professional, Home Edition), Windows 2000 or Windows NT
- 256 MB RAM
- 50 MB free disk space for installation
- A Screen Resolution of at least 1024x768 is required
- Internet Browser for viewing HTML help files
- CD-ROM drive
- Mouse or trackball
